Brigham MS Center is dedicated to meeting the highest standards in patient care, research, and education. It is one of the largest multiple sclerosis centers in the country and recognized throughout the world as a center of excellence. We have many subspecialized programs in MS to meet our patient's individual needs including centers dedicated to women's health neuromyelitis optica, progressive MS, psychological health, and urologic issues. Our patients benefit from access to the latest in imaging technology, a 7 tesla MRI platform. The latest in MS drug infusions are conveniently delivered on the ground floor of the Hale Building for Transformative Medicine in an 18 chair facility.
