Research Lab Manager

The Ann Romney Center for Neurologic Diseases (ARCND) and the CLIMB Study Biorepository, affiliated with the Department of Neurology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, are pioneering research in multiple sclerosis (MS).

This position works under the general direction of the Principal Investigator (PI) and Director of the CLIMB Study, Dr. Tanuja Chitnis. The lab manager performs full scope of management responsibilities in a research laboratory, including fiscal/budget management, supervision of staff activities, inventory management, etc. The lab manager will also have an active role in the Biorepository, preparing and storing samples from the CLIMB Study and independently performing highly sophisticated experiments. The lab manager will participate in the design of experimental protocols with the PI, will interpret experimental results, and contribute to presentations and publications, in conference with other researchers from the Center. This is a full-time position with an option for some remote work.
