Ongoing Research and Affiliated Laboratories

The Brigham MS Center and Ann Romney Center for Neurologic Diseases are world leaders in MS research and have collectively published over 1000 scientific studies related to MS. Our research ranges from the patient-powered observational studies to animal models and transformative clinical trials. The Comprehensive Longitudinal Investigations in MS at the Brigham (CLIMB Study) has provided important insights into the disease course, treatment response and causes of MS. We are conducting clinical trials with novel molecules developed at the Brigham.
